Should have known better, but decided to join friends for a meal before a get together at the Avon Causeway. The reason for this assessment is that we have been disappointed here before. The restaurant was not busy, but the meals took some time to appear after ordering. The quality was fair, but quantity for a supposed main course special would have sufficed for a child's menu. At £12.95 for a pie and one spoonful of mashed potato (supposedly meant to be bubble and squeak!), no vegetables, was a disgrace. It was lost on the plate. If we were eating at a chic establishment, may have been expected. If you are thinking of eating here, don't bother, unless you want to achieve your weight-watcher's target for the week.
If Wadsworth's have a quality control team they need to give the Avon Causeway's sat-nav details to them; it is obvious they have missed it.
