“Beautiful cottage in New Forest”
Reviewed 5 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Beautifully kept cottage style house in new forest.
Well kept and immaculately clean with everything you needed. A few little extras like a bottle of wine, fairy liquid which were much appreciated.
Lovely quiet village, central for visiting various areas of new forest.
Enjoyed a day in Beaulieu and Bucklers hard. Not too far from Poole, Bournemouth or the coast.
Hope to return one day for a longer stay.

Just got back to London from Ducklings in Sway. Lisa the owner very welcoming and the property was lovely. Looks brand new, immaculate throughout. There is a small garden and set in quiet surroundings. The village of Sway is very quiet but has a few restaurants and pubs with local shops. Literally 500 yards down the road is the open nature reserve and wild ponies. Brockenhurst is a couple miles away and the coastline approx 5 miles away. You have the choice.... Would recommend Hare and Hounds for great pub grub. Big portions and good quality. I would definitely recommend this little gem of a holiday rental to friends.

Quite simply, the best accommodation of any guest house, cottage, etc we have ever stayed. The location is perfect for walkers or cyclists, it is literally within a few minutes walk away from the New Forest in one direction and restaurants, pubs in the opposite.
Would highly recommend.

Was incredibly comfortable and well appointed. Teenagers really enjoyed facilities. Was off beaten track - but that was what we wanted. Would love to stay there again as owners really welcoming and helpful.

We got the "wow" factor when we opened the door. Exactly how it was described in the review for the cottage. It has a lovely garden and was just so lovely and clean . Lisa is a lovely lady and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction.
Location wise it also is in the ideal place for almost everywhere to visit, and the New Forest is an amazing place to explore.
JUST GO THERE !!!

' Fantastic place in a great location with perfect weather ' If your looking for a quiet holiday cottage with all modern facilities and plenty of room to move around then this is the place for you. Visited in July the Ducklings did not disappoint in any way. Good size bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge/kitchen plus big garden with big garden shed to store cycles. We will be returning soon.
