We dropped in for a cream tea on a sunny afternoon. The setting is a lovely, secluded garden and the food was good, but it's let down by the service. Our table still had the previous customers' crumbs on it. Staff were slow to take our order. The tea then arrived, but no scones and we had to remind them. We saw other customers arrive, sit for a while, then leave without being served. The table next to ours got the wrong bill. It could be great, but badly needs some organisation and staff training. If you go, allow for it to take longer than you expect.
