We visited on a very wet day but there was still loads to do. The displays were great. My 2 year old daughter loved feeding the lambs. Staff were great too

Our lamb feeding show is great for the little ones who love bottle feeding our baby lambs, so pleased to hear that you daughter enjoyed herself. We hope that you and your little lamb come back and see us again soon!

We attended with a 2 and 3 year old and 4 adults. Great day of entertainment for all. Weather wasn’t brilliant but lots to do under shelter. Very pleased we came and may do another trip before the end of our holiday as they had a return for free in the next week offer.

My family and I went to the big sheep for the 4th year running , with a 5 yr old and special needs 10 yr old it's a must. It's a great day out so much fun and it's also educational but not in a heavy way. The grounds are spotless and the staff are warm and welcoming to all. The sheep show is excellent ( thanks to Pete) also Craig the sheepdog rounding up the Indian running ducks was fantastic. There is a very good restaurant and fairground and an indoor fun zone for the kids. We would highly recommend The big sheep for a fantastic day out.

We visited the big sheep today with a 1 year old and 6 adults. And we had an amazing day, not only was the big sheep well sign posted and easy to find it had plenty of free parking. Price wise we pre booked online getting 20% off which made it a little cheaper.

The facilities are great, lots of outdoor activities as well as indoor, we found lots of places to hide when it rained and equally enjoyed the outdoor activites when it cleared.

We enjoyed the shows which included duck hearding and sheep hearding one of which is indoors and the other outdoors but with covered seating.

We had a ride on the train, saw the indoor animals, had a go on the peddle swans on the pond, fed the carp, went on the roller coaster, met the unicorn, had a go on the outdoor bounce pillows and trampolines as well as having a go on the go carts, tractor rides and indoor play area.

The indoor play area suited our 1 old old who spent a few hours running around and was knackered by home time.

Food on site is reasonably priced and yummy. Although we did take our own lunch which was welcomed, With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and benches.

A perfect family day out, in drizzly weather for a reasonable price. Would definitely go back.

(Return within 7 days for just £5 each)

Its sounds like you made some great memories on your day at The BIG Sheep, and what a bonus, our unicorn was in residence when you visited. She's beautiful isn't she! So pleased to hear that you all enjoyed yourselves and found plenty to do rain or shine. We look forward to welcoming you all back next time you are in the area and looking for a fab family day out :)
