Stayed 1 night here and will definitely stay again. The room, The Kirkburn, was large, fresh looking and very clean with a large walk-in shower on-suite. The communal lounge is well stocked with maps, books for the Wolds and surrounding area. The car park is more than ample for visitors. It is combined with a cooking school which has tempted me to book more than a B&B next time.

I'm in two minds about writing this review, the plain fact is that this place is so lovely, if loads of people find out and go, I won't be able to keep it all to myself!!!

We spent one night here, we had two rooms, both we perfect, our welcome was lovely, we slept well and finished our visit with one of the best breakfasts I've ever had.

Exquisite, book and enjoy

I used to stay in the centre of Driffield until I saw this place. The welcome is second to none, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, the location is perfect. It makes agree change from the stuffy hotels. There is a lounge where you can mix with the other guests or just sit and chill on your own. I stayed one night to begin with to see how things went, as soon as I had breakfast I booked another 3 nights in December.

The owners have got something special here and I don't really like to share as I want to keep it to myself. If your in the area then make it a must.

Room Tip: Book one of the larger rooms if you want a little more space, but all the rooms are great. Ask the o...

Spent a weekend at Highfiled Farm combined with a wonderful birdwatching tour by Yorkshire Coast Nature.
Situated in a lovely quiet setting, with scrumptious food and enormous packed lunches! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who made me feel very welcome.
The accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable, with a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.
Would definitely like to go again!

As the partner / carer of a very disabled wife, it was a relief to find an Easy. Yorks b&b with a wet bathroom. But that advantage apart, this is an excellent
place, beautifully adapted and furnished, and with a splendid lounge for residents. Nice folks too! They couldn't be more helpful, and the breakfasts are from heaven My comment on weak breakfast coffee was promptly answered in a minute by a perfect cafetiere of the right stuff. Although it's very much a business operation, they have succeeded in maintaining a family feel.family feel.

Stayed here on our last night of the Way of the Roses bike ride. This was by far the best B&B we stayed in.There were 10 in our group and we were so impressed with the choice of accommodation.
Great quiet location the rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our cycle group had an evening meal here the food and service was excellent! Will definitely try to go back.

In a great location just outside bridlington. In the quiet country side. Comfy rooms with great sized en suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A home like feel about this place and the food was great.. Would definitely stay again if I am to visit the area.
