This B&B looked good, it's a relatively new establishment, the ensuite was good, bed very comfortable, bathroom (shower) lovely and well decorated.but....breakfast was the worst we have ever had. bacon hard and overcooked, tomatoes fried and overcooked(black on top) sausage long and thin and hard to cut, tasted awful, spicy and a taste of vinegar, (what happened to the english pork banger?) scrambled egg was soft lumps in liquid it looked disgusting and tasted awful, the presentation was just a mess.never again.

Very sorry that the reviewer did not enjoy her breakfast as much as all our other reviewers have (five dots). If she had said anything at the time we would have happily cooked another to her precise specifications.
Incidentally, the sausages ARE 100% pork, as also supplied to the 5-star establishment up the road.

A very relaxed stay. The garden suite was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. I had a lounge, bedroom and a bathroom.Even though I was travelling alone, I had a double bed. The sheets and towels were soft and smelt sweet and inviting. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was hot, well cooked and plentiful, accompanied by Sunday papers. Most importantly, Gillian made me feel at home. She is the perfect host who knows how to make her guests happy. Don't hesistate, book now, you won't be dissapointed.

Gillian could not have been more welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was lovely, I can recommend the Garden Suite. Everything was spotlessly clean, a very comfortable bed and a lovely lounge area. Breakfast was perfect, couldn't ask for more ! A home form home !

Room Tip: I stayed int eh Garden Suite which was lovely, has a separate bedroom and lounge area. This was Gill...

I have stayed in many places in the world and this has to be amongst the most welcoming and comfortable. I now stay here a couple of times each month on business - the beds are amazing, the bathroom facilities excellent and Gillian's breakfasts well deserve the awards they've won. Thoroughly recommend

This is a great little bed and breakfast. Easy to book, walking distance to centre of town, only a couple of rooms , easy service and a lovely breakfast. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a easy comfortable stay. Room nicely decorated good shower. Gillian was friendly yet unobtrusive and I felt fully relaxed after my stay there.

Location: Excellent - Close to shops & restaurants, Beverley Minster and a beautiful large open green space all within a few minutes walk. They also have parking spaces available for drivers.

Rooms: Comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms seem new and the shower was particularly good. Wifi also included.

Breakfast: They've received a "Good Breakfast Award" and I can see why! Perfectly cooked to order and they were accommodating to both dairy-free and gluten-free diets. They also provided a choice of daily newspapers. Excellent!

Hosts: Gillian and Neil were very welcoming and friendly.

Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Couldn't have asked for more!

Room Tip: The room at the front has twin beds, is a little larger and gets the sunshine. The room at the back...

This B&B is in an excellent position within Beverley in that one can stroll into the centre in a few minutes and it lies in a quiet "respectable" residential area. The house is squeaky clean and this includes the linen, towels etc. The rooms are not large, but adequate, and have good en-suite facilities. The beds are particularly comfortable. Breakfast appears to be as huge as one wants it be, but we did not test that. Mr and Mrs Pickford are most welcoming and I recommend this establishment to you.
