We are a family of four (two small children) and were shocked that entry was £42 for the family. We had high expectations given the price and went in. The park is relatively small; our children liked looking at the sea life, but after two hours you have seen everything.

The Merlin group need to seriously review their pricing of this attraction - it is way overpriced. £20 for 4 would be fair for this size of attraction.

Firstly if you are going to visit here book online and print off the tickets. £20 each on entry but online £12 each. Unfortunately we took our 3 year old nephew when it was pretty wet and grim. There is more to take advantage of it the weather is nice, rides for kids, outside pool and sprinklers etc and picnic tables. We couldn't believe that after paying for the tickets we also had to pay for the car park, and don't think you will get away with not paying, there was a car park attendant walking round in the rain checking for tickets! We arrived at 2.30pm and even though it was very quiet the toilets had not been checked since 10-11am which when there are only 3 cubicles in the ladies they really should be monitored. Difficult to know what age is best as most of the attractions (the tanks) were too high and we were constantly having to lift our nephew. If we were to do this sort of thing again we would stick to going to Bournemouth as there are more options with car parking and far more to do we felt. Go when its dry to really get your moneys worth.

Its very expensive, but i do understand its very costly to run and maintain these sorts of places, they also do lots of rescue work too which is great. there are usually vouchers online and in the hotels for money off.
