Lovely park. Check in and all staff interactions were brilliant.
The accommodation was great, very clean, well equipped and spacious.
The facilities on site are excellent - pools are great fun (but could do with bring bigger and having a slide). Kids club was brilliant and the staff were fab. We generally self catered but had breakfast with the characters once which was very good quality and value.
Location is superb, a short drive to Weymouth and there is a bus stop right outside which takes you directly to the Centre of town.
Thoroughly recommend.

Just got home from 4 nights away at haven in a 3 bed prestige caravan the caravan was lovely and modern with everything provided down to fairy liquid sponges and tea towel. The site is lovely the furniture by the pools are modern and clean the 3 pools are great our favourite being the lazy river. We are in the restaurant each day the bar staff were lovely and friendly the only thing was the food took a very long time the only time we got food on time was at breakfast. I haven't given full marks as the caravans carpets had a lot of hair on and needed to be hoovered and the toaster blew on the 2nd night and all the electrics went off however the maintenance man came straight out to sort it and the next morning we were delivered a brand new toaster. Considering we don't usually do holidays in England we all really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return here

Arrived on the 14th till the 21st july 14,stayed in caravan 97 prestige, checked in reception staff really nice dealt with problems we had no water no dvd in van,but was dealt with quickly.
The pools n lazy river was great but very busy n 9 times ot of 10 couldn't get a sun lounger as people had reserved them by putting towels on them, very annoying.
Club was very expensive feel that if they did cheaper drinks people would have stayed out later as by 10:30 it was empty.
The entertainment team were fantastic n very engaging but on a negative what we saw at the beginning of the week we then saw again at the end of the week, felt they also could have done more for the older kids i.e 10-13 yrs old,as was aimed at the under 5's.
Surrounding area was beautiful.
Thanx for making us feel welcome reception staff.

First sight of the cottages where wow this looks nice, just off the back of the main site by a church is the cottages as they are called.
Kick the door to get in as it sticks
And it's a nice little set up.
Three bedrooms
Needs better cleaning hence the knocking of stars

We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 Bed Deluxe Mobile Home upgraded on arrival to a Prestige, Plot Number 57.
Very comfortable beds with good bedding and extra pillows supplied. Our 2 year old did fine in a bed with a bed guard. Lounge seating looked brand new and was excellent. Telly and DVD player worked well. Great range of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. We took some utensils of our own as we usually do to holiday camps and shouldn't have bothered here.
The staff here are both professional and very polite - they must a have very good management team.
Whole site was very clean as was the mobile home. Site security obvious but discreet.
We enjoyed the use of the bar, restaurant and the pizza take away. OK the prices are not cheap but they are very convenient and I suspect you pay for that.
Our 2 year old grandson enjoyed the early evening kiddies entertainment - professionally done.
The swimming pools and the lazy river were great if somewhat busy. Again very clean and with lifeguards all around.
We would highly recommend Haven and this site at Weymouth - very convenient for the excellent Weymouth Beach about 3 miles away and £1 an hour to park nearby. You get what you pay for. Great value for money.

We have just arrived home after a week staying at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park as a family of 2 adults & a 4 year old.
The park its self was really good. Reception were really helpful on arrival, the entertainment for the children was great & the grounds of the park were always kept clean.
The only issue we have is that no caravans were the same. I'm guessing they are all privately owned and then rented out to us Haven customers. Some caravans have lovely decking, nice outdoor furniture, BBQ's and just generally look much better. We paid extra and upgraded to 'Deluxe' to end up with some shabby looking thing, with no net curtains (which the majority of others had) and a bike & BBQ chained up around the back...which we couldn't use.
We were never once informed or even were able to read on the website about this issue, which I just find a bit misleading!
In our welcome pack it stated we could get a bus timetable from reception, yes this is correct, they were very quick and helpful in giving us one....only issue is, on the timetable they gave us, it stated you had to catch the bus at stand no. K5 in Weymouth to get back to the park. So when returning home, this is where we waited & waited only to then ask somebody who told us the buses no longer use that stand, they use K1! The timetable was even apparently up-to-date, guess not!
Other than that, I can't fault the actual facilities and staff in the park...was spot on!
