“Comfortable and well appointed caravan”
Reviewed 2 June 2018 for a stay in May 2018

The site is about 10 minutes drive from Weymouth. The site itself is on the side of a hill and is close to the South West Coast Path. There are views over Portland and Chesil Beach. There is no swimming pool on site which is a bit of a shame.

There is a pub on site called The Fat Badger with good food but a bit on the expensive side. There are cheaper and equally good restaurants in the town such as the Criterion Restaurant on the Esplanade, which we visited more than once.

The caravan is situated about half way up the site within easy reach of the car park. it has views over the sea and Chesil Beach. There is a grassed area adjacent to the caravan suitable for ball games, although it is not flat.

The caravan is comfortable, spacious and well appointed, with a decent sized kitchen. The beds are nice and comfortable. There is a patio area outside with a table and eight chairs, which is a great place to enjoy breakfast on a sunny morning.

Thank you for the review of our caravan as you day there is no swimming pool but anyone looking at the checklist of faciluties would see that. However you are right next to the Fleet and Chesil Beach and Smallmouth cove is only a short walk away if you want to swim.We live this park because it is so natural. Come back again and explore sime more some time

“Great Value for Money”
Reviewed 16 May 2018 for a stay in May 2018

The caravan slept 8 adults for a bank holiday weekend without too much bother at all. All the fittings are really good quality, the caravan was clean, the location is good and Dawn was great.

The only thing to be aware of, the beds are small. The double bed is really just a large single, so be prepared to get cosy if there are lots of you!

Glad you had a good time I think most caravan single beds are 2 foot 6 in width to be honest. The sofa bed in the lounge is a regular double size also which is why you are asked to bring bedding for a double bed for it however i think we gave you a superking sized duvet by mistake when you visited so this may have misled you

We are glad that you had a good stay in our static caravan. We would agree with you that it is on a perfect location, and we are glad that your experience of the wi fi in Dorset was okay - the whole town is gradually being converted!
