“Beautiful lodge, lovely winter break”

we stayed here over February half term with our two boys, aged three and seven and I would definatley echo all the previous positive comments. the lodge is really spacious and homely and furnished to an exceptionally high standard.
my boys particularly loved the large jacuzzi bath and the decking area which is huge and wraps around the whole lodge, equipped with lovely patio furniture and BBQ.
the lodge itself has a really secluded feel as it is at the end of a cul de sac and surrounded by trees and shrubs. because the cul de sac is barriered you only get the cars from the lodges within the cul de sac which makes it really safe for the children to scoot/bike up down. the garden area is alive with all kinds of wild birds which come to feed on the feeders, we spent ages watching them and the rabbits which come out in the early evening around the cul de sac. Tip. make sure you take some bird seed and fat balls with you so you can top up the feeders.
the facilities at the lodge and park are great for families, with lots to do in both wet and warm weather and all reasonably priced too. the sledging for the children is great fun. Tip. if going in peak season make sure you book the ringos before you go - these were fully booked and the staff in the shop said you need to book a couple of weeks before to avoid disappointment.
a lovely break, can't wait to return.
forgot to comment on how comfy the beds were - possibly the comfiest holiday bed I have slept in!

Liked best: Outdoor space/decking - it was all lovely!
Liked least: Lack of basic provisions/essentials provided in lodge. A policy laid down by the Warmwell Resort to clear lodges of all provisions in time for the next guests.

“Fantastic location and lodge - great family holiday!”
Reviewed 28 August 2012 for a stay in August 2012

The lodge was AMAZING - better than any other we have ever stayed in and far exceeded
our expectations. The lodge site was beautiful and peaceful - we were met by a deer in the garden on our 1st afternoon! There was as much or as little to do on the holiday complex and it cattered for all tastes. Never having visited Dorset before, we were delighted with the area and will certainly visit again. Overall 11/10 !

“Immaculate lodge in peaceful surroundings”
Reviewed 15 August 2012 for a stay in August 2012

We enjoyed a fantastic break at Pine Lodge. The property is situated at the end of a private and leafy cul-de-sac and thus has a more secluded atmosphere than some of the other properties on the park. The lodge is immaculately maintained, both inside and out, and decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The kitchen and dining area is nice and bright and as well as a fridge-freezer and dishwasher, also boasts a separate wine/beer cooler, a flat screen TV and stereo system. Plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and utensils.

The large living room has French windows that open out onto the decking area, a large flat screen TV and Sky box, DVD player and 3 sofas, one of which folds out into a bed. The surrounding garden and decking area comes with plenty of high quality seating, a table and barbeque and is lovely to sit out in during the evenings.

The Jacuzzi bath was a nice touch and the main bedroom also has its own en-suite shower/toilet and plenty of wardrobe space.

Stewart was a pleasure to deal with throughout, and was very helpful in recommending local spots to visit (don't miss the Smugglers Inn in Osmington Mills).

In summary, we cannot recommend Pine Lodge highly enough. We really didn't want to leave and would certainly like to visit again in the future.
