Just returned from a wonderful week at Kiama. What can i say ...AMAZING ! The town house is in a beautiful, quiet location with views to die for. Everything you could possibly need & a whole lot more. It's very spacious and has a lovely little back garden . Jonathan ( the owner ) was very helpful & informative. Over the road is a lovely park & tea rooms. A few minutes walk is a lovely little sandy cove. We walked down to Weymouth harbour most nights which took us about 15 minutes & the taxi home only cost £4. Jonathan's food recommendations for eating out were spot on. Can't wait to return .

Enjoyed nearly 2 weeks in this well appointed accommodation; everything we needed. Kiama is located a very pleasant 30 minute walk from Weymouth - by various routes (Rodwell Trail, Coastal path etc.) and a similar distance to Chesil Beach
Stunning views from sitting room and main bedroom over Portland Harbour and Sandsfoot Castle.
The owner, Jonathan, was very pleasant and easy to work with.
Definitely hope to go back.

“Fantastic property to explore Weymouth and it's surrounding areas”

We are just coming to the end of our stay and have had a fantastic stay. The house is spacious and well presented and was fantastic for a our family. It came with everything you would need for your stay and went over and above with little extras which are easy to forget. The view out of the lounge and main bedroom windows is out of this world. The location is great for exploring the local area by foot or by car. We will definitely be returning.

“A great weekend”

We normally stay in hotels in Weymouth but this time we wanted a change. We came across Kiama and it looked good ,so we booked it.What a great choice it was to .A great townhouse with a view across the fort and out across the bay to portland. The inside of the house was great ,with plenty of room and storage.Good TV etc and a dining table for 4.The kitchen was a great size to and fully equipped for everything you would need for you visit.Upstairs the main bedroom is very large and the view is absolutely great. The sun floods in with the blinds open and makes the house feel so bright.Great size bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and last but not least another bedroom with 2 single beds. This home was also very clean and tidy when we arrived and as people have said, the owners of this property go out of their way to help you have a great stay.Just down the road is a small beach with very shallow water for a fair way out.But the best thing is the Rodwell trail right behind the house. This made the walk into Weymouth so easy .A nice gentle stroll on the level and then slightly down hill along the old train tracks.Strait into the centre of the town in 25 minutes .Give or take your speed of walking. This track is tarmac with no cars and just pedestrians and push bikes. So bring them for a great, safe ride. This track also goes the other way to portland. The house has a safe garage for your bikes if you take them. Also across from the house is a small cafe for drinks etc ,that serves the fort.If you get to town and don't want to walk back we had a taxi back for £4-70 and £4-20.All in all had a great weekend and we will be back again sometime soon I hope.Enjoy

“Would definitely stay here again”
Reviewed 7 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Great holiday accommodation with stunning views out towards Portland. The house very very well equipped, there was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. It was also spotlessly clean. We will definitely book again when we come to Weymouth

“Excellent Accommodation”

We knew that this was going to be a good rental when we had such a professional and complete briefing from the owner.
The attention to detail is reflected in the quality accommodation.
The property is located on the Rodwell Trail, providing easy walking access across to Portland and the Town Centre of Weymouth.
The uninterrupted views over to Portland add to the good location. A beach is nearby, but we didn't visit that in December!
A short walk will take ytou to the famous Chesil Beach where a decent cafe and vistors centre is worth a visit.

Liked best: Location and quality of accommodation

Stayed at this lovely property in Weymouth during August. I have to say, the owner Jonathan was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The property is lovely inside and out and has a fantastic view over the sea ( and great WIFI )
We didn't have the best of weather, but found plenty to do...
I would thoroughly recommend Kiama in Weymouth and would love to return again one day.
