As expected, our bed was very comfortable and the room clean. We had requested a disabled room on the ground floor which we got (Room 3).The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of hot water- our only gripe was that the shower wasn't very efficient.
We were greeted on arrival by Caitlin who was charming and very helpful. Because of the curious design of the hanging space in our room, we were unable to hang up our clothes - see pic. Caitlin came to the rescue and removed a shelf to enable our clothes to be hung properly.
The hotel was very quiet and the location good for exploring the surrounding area. The Lodmoor Country park was literally a few minutes walk away. We would use this Premier Inn again.More
