Can't agree with all the previous good reviews. First of all, difficult to find even with SatNav. Parking - difficult in Weymouth Railway station at a cost of £3 overnight. Entrance is a door with a small sign between a kebab shop and convenience store (doesn't show that on the website). When we arrived the owners were out and we were shown to our room by a young lad who really shouldn't have had the responsibility. However the room was good, bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was ok. However location was awful. (Late Night) Pizza Parlour, Chip Shop and Night Club opposite along with the Kebabs & shop below. Felt a bit rough and sure enough we were woken at 3am by 2 lager-louts and a girl, shouting, screaming and arguing about who knows what - Why? Even with double glazing. We decided to leave early because the car parking fee ran out at 8am and we were worried about the safety of the car after the fracas heard the night before. We had to wake the (male) owner up to pay and let us out. Never met the (female) owner who rang me twice beforehand checking about arrival time? So no I disagree with the majority of previous Reviewers. We will not be looking to go back and we won't be recommending Twin Palms to others.

Room Tip: If you're not the English Seaside - Kiss Me Quick type avoid this Guest house.

Stayed here for the night , room was clean and bedding fresh
The shower was powerful with hot water!
The owners were very friendly and helpful
We parked for 24hrs in train station car park for £6 theres an extension to the car park which is at the back of station behind b&q if the front station carpark is busy!
Overall good value, stones throw from beach would stay again !

Came to stay for two nights, Julie and Mick were lovely, the room was great! And we had actual milk for a morning cuppa, the room was also spotless, Guest house is a stone's throw away from the beach. Only thing I would say is that Julie and Mick have cats ( no problem ) but also a little dog who likes to let his owners know when visitors are coming down the stairs first thing, he is completely friendly, he just surprised us, and we didn't expect him to be almost not used to people passing through. Other than that couldn't find a single fault. Thank you for a fantastic stay! :)

Myself and my Boyfriend booked to stay here for 4 nights over the Valentine's Period. As I know Weymouth inside out from previous visits as a child, I knew exactly where the hotel was located, however Julie (landlady) phoned the evening before to confirm we were staying and gave us directions to the hotel, from the coach stop, which was great!

When we arrived, we were given great service with a polite and friendly attitude and help. When we were shown to our room, we were blown away by how amazing the hotel room was, it was so lovely and homey!

During our stay, Julie and Mick, were incredibly friendly and engaged with us on a regular basis and were even given special permission to use their kitchen facilities, to cook a roast dinner!

We feel now we have hopefully made a friendship with Julie and Mick and we will definitely be returning in the summer months!

We love this place!

From Dave and Craig! x
