Hate the way you cannot open any windows in your room and the nearby restaurant needs to improve their customer service, waiting ten minutes before someone realises you are waiting for your table at breakfast is not good, neither is waiting ages to be asked what you want once seated.

This hotel is located about 5 minutes drive from town centre, nice and quiet. Good room and very comfortable bed. Good air con in room, which we used as room was too warm. Paid £148 for one night stay with breakfast, Far too expensive for what it was, but it was a bank holiday Saturday!!
Used adjacent Beefeater restaurant for a lovely breakfast, one of the best English breakfast I have eaten.
Staff happy and welcoming. Would stay again, but not at that price!!

Stayed here for a week in August, chose it because it had A/C.

Location - about 3 mins drive from seafront. New hotel with plenty of parking on site.
You'll need a car ideally, though can walk to seafront (20 min) or very convenient for park and ride bus stop.

Room - was quite warm so needed A/C on. The A/C worked well and fairly quiet. A fan was also provided which was a nice touch. Bathroom was clean with good shower, bed comfortable and very quiet. No problems at all with noise. Slight issue with leaky shower which was promptly fixed when I reported it. Room was clean and made up every day.

Only comments is 1. A/C resets in the middle of the day (an evening saving thing I guess) so when you come back in the afternoon if will be off. But ok to cool off for sleep. 2. Wifi was very fast, but limited to 30 mins unless you pay extra. I think in this day and age WiFi should be included for free.

Breakfast - went over the road to the usual attached Beefeater. Actually very impressed with the breakfast and service, but this is a separate review. There is also a nice new Sainsbury's on site which we used a few times.

Very good stay, would use again.

Stayed here rather than at the Weymouth Seafront Premier we tried last time, and do not regret it. Clean and quiet, and a short walk to a huge Sansbury's, where the good cafe is probably a better bet than Premier's recommended restaurant. There's not much else around, so you will need a car, unless you use the nearby park-and-ride bus service into town. Only one negative point - while we there the only lift broke down twice, which if you have heavy bags, as we did, there might be a problem (although, to be fair, the staff did offer to carry our luggage).

Room Tip: If you are frightened of the lift breaking down, go for the ground floor

Lovely place to stay and Weymouth is a lovely area. Located around a 5 minute drive from the seafront and main town. Staff were incredibly hepful with any questions we had and very knowledgeable about the area. We ordered breakfast too which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Stayed a total of 4 nights, staff were very helpful, rooms were spotless. There was a lift, so we didn't have to drag a pushchair up the stairs.
There were colouring in sheets for kids with crayons and sweets in the reception area to keep them amused.
Car park was free and opposite the Inn was a large sainsburys and Morrisons which were convenient if you had forgotten any supplies. There was a park and ride a 2 min walk away, so 7 people can travel to Weymouth beach for £3. Buses were very frequent too, so the Inn is very convenient.
Only downsides were that the air condition was a bit temperamental and the room was a little hot. Luckily it wasn't a heatwave when we stayed. Also, we stayed on the first floor and we could hear the occupants of the upstairs room walking around at 6am!! All in all a great stay.
