Highly recommended B&B.
This accommodation is situated in a very relaxing part of Weymouth sea front with a 3min walk in to the main area.
Our room was a sea view room. On which the view to the sea was so relaxing.
The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was even better.
Most of all Rob and Linda was very polite and friendly.
I would very much consider stopping here again.

I stayed for a week in one of the two loft rooms. It had a Fantastic sea view, a very comfy bed and Linda and Rob were both very helpful and friendly.
Overall a great experience, the location is the perfect walking distance to town. You could hear the sounds of the sea from the room! Providing for a very relaxing stay.

I chose this room for myself and my partner because I knew it had a sea view and I love the sound of the sea - very relaxing. The location of the guest house is ideal right on the front right next to the beach and quieter end of Weymouth yet within a good distance of all shops restaurants and the harbour. The details had said the room was a 'small double' and we were happy with the size of the room although a slightly harder mattress would have suited us better. The shower was good there was a fan in the room, and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and good quality ingredients. Our hosts Rob and Linda were helpful and friendly without being intrusive. We had a lovely break - the sun even shined.

We were disappointed after staying at this B&B recently loft room was small, which although overlooking the sea found it difficult to sleep due to the noisy sea. View was nice though. The mattress was too big for the frame of the bed & overhung base - uncomfortable bed, bath towels far too small & whilst the building is old, the loft room we stayed in was very tired & dated: could definitely do with a facelift & modernising. The room could easily be redecorated in lovely creams & blues to make a nautical theme. Nice walk into Weymouth. Linda and Rob were very helpful and Rob cooked a lovely breakfast and they were both very accommodating as hosts.
Stayed at this little B&B in July 2012 with my girlfriend for our anniversary. It's a lovely little place right by the beach, however the room we were in was at the back of the building so no beach views from the room itself. The owners were lovely people, very helpful and friendly, and on the last day they offered to let us keep our bags there after we checked out so we could enjoy the sights and go to the shops without being weighed down with our luggage. The only bad thing I could say about the place really is the very early breakfast times... Considering it's a holiday you don't particularly want to wake up at 7.30am every morning to get breakfast. Especially not when they give you very comfy beds, makes it so much harder to get up in the morning. On the second day we got breakfast and then went back to bed. The location is excellent for access to the beach, however it is further away from the restaurants, shops and central town than other hotels in Weymouth, however Weymouth is pretty small so this hardly proves to be a problem. Overall for the price you pay you get a very good place to stay, so it's definitely worth it if you're looking for a quiet, serene holiday by the beach.

We have taken note of your comments re breakfast being too early between 8.30 am and 9.30 am, and will look at a later option, although at the moment everybody seems to come down at 8.30 on the dot, maybe the sunshine makes people hungry!

A quiet and well located B & B by the famous Weymouth beach with some fabulous sea view rooms and a warm welcome on arrival. A fair sized en suite room with a bay window complete with small table and chairs that let you sit and watch the world go by. The option of a full English breakfast sets you up for the day, whether exploring Weymouth itself or visiting the surrounding area. The beach is literally across the road and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves rolling onto the beach. The centre of town is only a few minutes walk away with plenty of choices for lunch and an evening meal. This is one B & B my wife and I will use again.
