We've lived in Weymouth over 5 years and this is the first time we've ventured into the good life cafe, we should have come in years ago there was four of us and we all had something off the breakfast menu and all had hot drinks. Everything was faultless and real value for money we'll definitely be visiting again soon.

We had a fabulous Christmas Afternoon Tea. The food was excellent, cakes home made that morning and the scones were the best we had tasted. Service was extremely friendly and we will definitely be back !

We visited The Good Life during our stay in October. Didn't get off to a good start when the owner sent me in the wrong direction to buy a paper (or so I thought, turns out it was my mistake). Anyway we had a laugh about it, and when the breakfasts arrived, all was forgiven ! Good sized portions well cooked and reasonably priced, what more could you ask for ? After eating we stayed and chatted with the owners for quite a while, they were very welcoming and friendly and we never felt that they wanted shot of us once we had eaten. Next time I am down that way a return is definitely in order ! 😁

Welcoming and friendly team who accommodated our change of table, so we could have a better view of the seafront. Full English breakfast was tasty, well cooked, good quality, not greasy and very good value. Better than any large cafe chain. Only thing which could be improved was the strength of the coffee - or maybe we just like a very strong one in the morning !
