They don't take reservations but, even though it was fairly busy, we were seated in a bar area and only had to wait for 15 - 20 mins. We had drinks and a menu, so no problem. Staff were really friendly, food was very good, there was a good wine list and we enjoyed both of our visits to eat here.

Didn't book anywhere on an Easter Saturday and were told they could accommodate us if we waited 20 minutes. Only waited ten minutes in the bar downstairs. Drinks waiter was friendly. My pizza was only average. My husband enjoyed his pizza. Brazilian waitress was very chatty.

I've been to many Italian restaurants so have a lot to compare Rumours Pizzeria with. We visited for lunch on a short trip to the Lakes, excellent location, was drawn into the restaurant as it looked great from the outside, wasn't bad on the inside either. Food was alright, not the nicest pizza i've had...I was probably expecting better from a pizzeria but it was ok. Good service, friendly staff.

We visited at lunchtime as our little one loves pasta and a trip to a restaurant. We ordered and the food came quickly- way too quickly which set alarm bells ringing. The pizza came on a supermarket pre-made base which had just be put under the grill which was more akin to cheese on toast. The carbonara sauce was tepid, with poor quality fatty bacon and tasted of raw garlic- pretty unpleasant. The pepsi was flat and there was grim dried parsley sprinkled on all the food. The waiting staff were nice but the food was of a totally unacceptable quality. We felt totally ripped off for £35. Not a good experience.

we have eaten here about three years ago and loved it so when we were staying in the same location for our honey moon we decided to eat here again. We were very disappointed this time. we both ordered the lasagne and when it arrived it looked very yellow. when eating it we noted that it was made with cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella and there was a very strong taste of mustard. We would not visit here again.
