Me and my husband booked a spa day here as we were celebrating our first year anniversary. I was very disappointed. The Spa receptionist was pleasant but did not inform us of what our day involved I had to ask. We had to ask when we were going to be given lunch (as it was included) but found out we had to get changed to eat it as it was to be taken in the hotel restaurant (if we wanted to stay all day we would have had to faff around getting changed and then going back to the spa). We didn't stay all day as there is nothing to do. There is a swimming pool and three rooms to go in, steam room, sauna and ice room. There was no jacuzzi. I just thought it was very poor service and for the money we spent it wasn't worth it at all. The food was poor quality for our lunch.
Our massage was okay but I definitely wouldn't pay to go back here again or stay here as it looked very old fashioned!More
