“Great for Younger Kids”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 June 2014

This was a surprisingly good attraction, having expected moth-eaten models and a packed attraction. We visited early when it hadn't been open very long and it was quiet. The models were very good, and presented in little scenes, and our 4 year old daughter really enjoyed it. Must confess that my memory of the stories is much worse than I remembered and lots of characters I couldn't remember.

The garden was very good and they had just won a Gold Medal at Chelsea, so clearly know what they're doing.

We left just as a huge coach party arrived, and I would imagine it wouldn't be as enjoyable then as the space is quite small.

“A must see.”

We visited with our 6 and 3 year old Grandaughters. It was amazing. The displays was great and the interactive puzzles was very good. Our littles ones loved it.

“Kids engaged with activity book”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 June 2014 via mobile

It was a pleasant visit. The garden was very nice and quaint. It's a well done attraction and worth visiting. Although my kids weren't into peter rabbit, the activity book helped them to get into that world!

“Nice and reasonably priced”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 June 2014 via mobile

Visited as a family with our 3 year old son. Thought it was good value for money and it didn't take long to get around. Very nicely presented but the gift shop was very pricey! Disappointed that the minimum charge for card payments was £5 - would expect that in a small shop, not at a large attraction like this.
Would recommend to any Beatrix Potter enthusiast though.

“Charming! ”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2014 via mobile

I dragged the family here on the last day of our holidays as I was desperate to see what it was like inside and what a lovely surprise we had. The 4 year old loved looking around and using the iPad screens to explore the displays and the 1 year old was just mesmerised by it all, in a good way! It's a lovely lovely walk through museum and we went on a warm day so it wasn't busy at all. Mr McGregors garden is gorgeous although I was expecting something a bit bigger but thinking back it was just perfect for the attraction really. The 4 year old was refusing to enter the garden at first until a kind gardener told him that Mr McGregor was on his holidays! I would recommend this definitely to any child who has read any of the Beatrix potter books. All of the staff we encountered within the attraction were lovely and our boy's favourite bit was were you can take your own photo at the end and choose a peter rabbit background. It did cost us £5 but we were so entranced by it all that we really didn't mind paying for a souvenir. It really is a lovely charming attraction and we would definitely go again.
