Thank you for such a beautiful 5 days in your gorgeous retreat. I felt like I was in my own bubble from the minute I arrived. 5 days of amazing vegan food, hiking, yoga, training, meditation, massages and the peace of the Devon countryside. My room was so peaceful and beautifully done and a haven for sleep. The main house/ kitchen with its wonderful furnishings and energy. The delicious food that was prepared so lovingly every day. The staff all so attentive and ready to help with anything we needed and a packed schedule of everything fitness and health. I really hope to make this a yearly if not twice yearly retreat for myself. Thank you Simon and Mercedes and everyone at Yeotown.

Yeotown exceeded all my expectations. I got home a couple of days ago and I feel absolutely fantastic - energised, healthy and cleansed.

The programme was challenging (in a good way), varied, balanced and well thought out. It included lots of fresh air in the gorgeous Devon countryside and lots of yoga in a beautiful studio with great equipment, as well as a whole host of other activities, with massage and relaxation factored in too.

I can't praise Yeotown highly enough. The friendly and knowledgeable team had paid attention to every possible detail, with lots of thoughtful and welcoming touches to make guests feel special. Everything was of the highest standard - the delicious food, the superb teaching, the stylish design, the tranquil location, the cosy rooms... I could go on and on. Absolutely wonderful - love, love, love it!

Amazing food, nurturing and nourishing environment, highly skilled instructors. I loved the daily hikes and yoga classes, and the shiatsu massage was (even though it sounds ridiculous) quite life changing for me. Incredible place.

Somewhere between a retreat and a boot camp; An Incredible few days to end the year- can’t fault anything, lovely people, lovely room, fab food. Tough but rewarding. Luxurious but effective. Some of the activities may not be for everyone but I’d suggest going in with an open mind and giving it all a go. Can’t wait to go again.

This is the second time I have visited Yeotown and it is a fantastic retreat. It is not an easy fitness programme but caters for all levels and abilities. I would recommend the eco rooms - they are hugely spacious and luxurious.
The yoga sessions led by Molly were innovative and kept my interest throughout the programme. The walks were fantastic led by great guides (particularly Adam).
I would strongly recommend Yeotown for a reboot of body and mind.
