We have lost count of our visits but on our advice four other couples have stayed and agreed with us on the rating. All the staff are excellent but this time the waiter serving coffee (Andy) spotted two light bulbs had burnt out and immediately found a ladder and replaced the bulbs. Magda in the dining room (and others) could describe every item on the menu in detail. The wine was not over priced as it is in many hotels and the bar had two real ales in bottles, Doombar and White Shield.
To our delight a couple of young families were being made welcome at the hotel and they were able to use leisure facilities at a sister hotel about a mile away.More
