Welcoming, helpful staff. Clean spotless room and bathroom . Does exactly what it claims i.e. provides a good night's sleep , comfortable bed and pillows. Had breakfast at the Table Table and there was a good choice of food. The staff again were friendly although somewhat busy due to the numbers staying at the Premier Inn. Overall can thoroughly recommend this Inn. We were on a sightseeing holiday so it was a great base for touring the area.

Super, clean hotel, lovely welcome on arrival. Family room and even the extra bed was comfortable. Great breakfasts, name was down on the list in the morning for breakfast, so the right hand knew what the left hand were doing etc!

This was my first stay at a Premier Inn. We were breaking up a long journey so didn't want to spend a lot of money. Before we have stayed in a Travel lodge but although this was £20 more expensive we felt it was well worth the extra expenditure as our room was clean and welcoming and the bed, pillows and linen were really comfortable. My husband slept really well before having a long drive the next day so money well spent. Nice hot shower too!

This is a standard premier and was nice and clean as is generally the way. Staff were friendly and the Table restaurant / bar was as expected. In a typical premier location and was nice and quiet (apart from the idiot who decided to play very loud music at midnight). Tesco is just across the road and it is easy to get to Ilfracombe, Woolacombe and Clovelly. Exmoor is local as well. Barnstaple seems to shut down on a Sunday night and we found it hard to find somewhere to eat.

We stay at Premier Inns quite frequently and this was one of the most pleasant. The staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. Our room was immaculate and there was no passing noise, slept well. We went to the restaurant next door for our meals and all were appetising, tasty and good value. Breakfast was all you could eat...however they took orders for cooked breakfast ( much better, nice and hot and they came back and asked if we wanted any more) continental breakfasts you could help yourself to, no queues as the team worked well together and everything was topped up...nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend that you stay here, suitable for families too....lovely.

Fantastic Team and new girl on reception (2nd week, but very very good)
Recently refurbished rooms which were great.

BUT....

No aircon, terrible night, couldn't sleep as it was far too hot!

Epic fail Premier Inn.....

Room Tip: There is a fan in the room, but it's not enough. Bring some ice packs!
