I stayed here for one might on business. When I turned up the lady on the desk was clearly a bit nervous but she needn't have been as she was excellent. She have clear advice, was friendly and helpful. She also informed me that as the fork were working with the Suzy lamplugh trust. There was a slight mix up with the booking which wasn't her fault and she was able to offer a solution which caused me no inconvenience at all.
I'd like to think that she will pass her training well.
The room was standard premier inn with a comfy bed and basic but good amenities. The downside was the restaurant next door (see earlier review).
I'm unlikely to need to stay in Barnstaple again but if I did I'd consider premier inn again.More
