Durham city centre premier inn is in a great location. The bars and restaurants are just behind the hotel and the market square and shops just 2 min walk. The rooms were really clean and comfortable and all the staff were friendly except one. The breakfast waitress (Andrea) was quite rude when we came down for breakfast but hadn't booked. She said the restaurant was full and that we should of booked with it being on a Sunday. But when we checked in, we weren't sure if we would of wanted breakfast and were told we could just pay in morning. She showed us to our table n told us just to help ourselves to Buffett then asked for our hot food order. We explained we wanted to wait n decide and she said she would try and get back to us. She didn't come back so we asked someone else to take our order. Next time I think we'll go somewhere else for breakfast. More
