GTSS Juniors performed Disney's 'Alice In Wonderland the musical' Children from the stage school aged approx 5 to 12 years performed this show. They were awesome, it was as good as a professional production!

We often go to see the Ballet here, it is a small theatre but has good views and excellent acoustics. It is located within an area rich in places to eat and there is parking close by.

local theatre with a variety of shows etc - it would be impossible to have a bad seat in this theatre - if you do not have a head for heights then avoid the back half of the upstairs as its very steep - parking easy and convenient

The Gala Theatre in Millennium Place in Durham City Centre is a hub of activity. Friends meet in the cafe for excellent home made snacks and cakes, toasties, paninies etc., it is all on a level so ideal access for pushchairs and wheelchairs. It is a very modern building with huge glass windows, very light and spacious. The Theatre offers drama, music etc. in its comfortable auditorium and on the lower floor of the building is a cinema.
It is worth a visit to look around, enjoy a coffee and check out what's on, the box office is as you come in the door so even if you hadn't planned in advance to see a show you can talk to the friendly staff and maybe able to get seats.
