Premier Inn work very hard to provide a quality service, reception is faultless with excellent customer service.
The rooms are clean and functional with TV and tea and coffee making facilities.
Bathrooms are clean and reasonably sized with plenty of towels.
There is a large free car park to the side and front of the hotel with plenty of available spaces.
All meals can be obtained from the Brewers fayre restaurant next door, these are very well priced and provide some really good deals.
There is a retail park located only 100 metres away with a large Sainsburys supermarket that is open until 10-00pm, a 24hr McDonalds, KFC, M & S, and other stores.
Limitations at the hotel include only one key per room (yale type key, not swipe card) and the water pressure through the shower apears to be quite low (but adequate) The rooms have heating controls but do not have full air conditioning.

This is a hotel that you leave feeling that you have enjoyed a quality stay but with great value for money.

A very warm welcome by all the staff. The breakfast was very good value for money. However the evening meal was not as the same standard, but not the worst food eaten by far. The room was very clean and very good value for money. Very impressed....

You can book here with confidence. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the Park and Ride, making it very convenient for visiting Durham. The room was clean and comfortable and the light breakfast very enjoyable. There were lots of healthy choices, includung muesli, pumpkin seeds, dried fruits etc with excellent coffee.

Room Tip: Ask for a darker room if you are light sensitive in the early morning.

Stayed here for one night only but would definitely recommend it. Staff in hotel, bar and restaurant very helpful and friendly. Usual Premier Inn rooms etc but staff made the difference. Also nice and quiet and easy access and plenty of free parking.
