Although well located looking out onto the beach and 10 minutes walk from the station, there are numerous other 'hotels' along this stretch.
I enjoyed the location and the host was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was enjoyable and served between 08:30 & 09:30 - fairly typical tight timetable for a B&B.
My room was a double, but was cramped in comparison to what I am used to, with more of a closet containing WC / shower etc rather than an en-suite. Having paid £116 for two nights I thought the room was not really up to the standard I would expect from a size point of view. It was however clean and tidy.
If you just need somewhere to crash for overnight and dont intend spending any time in the hotel it is adequate.

Lovely seafront guest house.Clean comfortable ground floor room(as requested).
We were the only guests in this small hotel, but were treated wonderfully, we were not "in the way"
The fullEnglish breakfastwas as good as any I've had andbetter than most.
The weather didn't play fair so confined somewhat to going out around the rain. The blow was softened by the free use of a telescope and decent binoculars.
All in all a very enjoyable stay and worth a visit for the breakfast alone.Thank you to Wendy and I'm sorry but I didn't get your name sir.Once again thank you.

A most memorable and pleasing enjoyable stay with Wendy and Des. Great hosts and the breakfast was first class and the accommodation was really nice and was just perfect. Room was a great size with en-suite and tea and coffee facilities in the room. The view from our room was great as it looked right out across the sea so the view in the morning was amazing. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice break.

We were fortunate to have stayed at this amazing BnB for two nights in beautiful Paignton.
The hosts Wendy and Des could not have been more hospitable and helpful, going out of their way to make your stay memorable
The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed linen was of the highest quality and the
beds sooo comfy.
Their full English breakfast was amazing using the highest quality produce and cooked to perfection. We were surprised to find out that they didn't hire a cook.....they did it all themselves ...amazing.
Wulfruna is on the seaside and centrally located to all the attractions of Paignton
We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to any traveller to the area
Thank you Wendy and Des for making our stay so perfect.

Just back from out third time staying here, always receive a lovely welcome from Wendy. The room was again lovely and clean and the bed very comfy. Fantastic breakfast every morning, we were lucky enough to see the red arrows display in front of the hotel while we were there which the kids loved! We will definitely be returning next year if not before
