Well situated between Paignton and Goodrington, this is a traditional English B & B. Very welcoming hosts, decent freshly-cooked breakfast, double rooms not over large and some of the facilities are a bit dated, but clean. Good value, street parking outside.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. Very nice owners, friendly and attentive. Room very cosy and slept very well. Area good with easy access to Torquay etc. Breakfast very nice. Overall brilliant value. Would definitely recommend this lodge.

My daughter asked me to write this review as she stayed at Rowcroft Lodge with her dogs and partner whilst visiting us in Paignton for Christmas. Vey friendly hosts who couldn't do enough, always wanted to make sure they had enough breakfast. My daughter like the fact they had shredless marmalade. Dogs made welcome which was a big plus point as se has
dogs. Convenient for Goodrington Beach to give the dogs a run. Very reasonably priced especially as it was the Christmas period.

The highlight of our stay here was meeting Ellie and Steve. They couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful throughout our stay. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) were nothing to write home about, although I overheard them telling another guest (and I believe) that they are constantly trying to improve the space, and a maintenance issue that arose during our stay was promptly addressed. Breakfast was a nice traditional English breakfast, and being served by Ellie and Steve was a joy.
