From being greeted so lovely to having a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that I could not stay longer. The hotel was lovely, the room was beautiful and the peace and quiet was bliss. The choice of eating was grand, with such a wide variety of food, this also spread to breakfast which was cooked brilliantly. Facilities great too.

We stayed for two nights over the Jubilee weekend as a last minute getaway. On arrival we were made to feel most welcome by our host Jose, who not only showed us to our room, but took the time to explain the local attractions and directions. The room had all the necessities and was pleasantly decorated. Breakfast service was excellent and was freshly cooked to order. We took up the offer to have an evening meal on our second night and the food was excellently prepared by the talented chef Jose. We strongly recommend you give it a try !

Parking was convenient, but locating the hotel would be difficult without a satnav. Plan to visit again and will recommend to friends.

Room Tip: we had a room on the ground floor which suffered from noise from the occupants moving around above

My partner and I stayed here for three nights over the bank holiday weekend, and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, and in a brilliant location to explore Paignton and nearby towns.

We stayed for 3 nights in this excellent hotel which is situated in a very pleasant location, within a short walk to Goodrington Sands and not far from Paignton harbour. Our hosts made us feel very welcome, the room was excellent, and the breakfasts were also very good. It has the added great benefit of parking on site. We'll definitely stay there again next time we visit Paignton!

We stayed for 2 nights to take advantage of the bank holiday weekend. What a lovely surprise to find such excellent quality for a 2* hotel. The hotel is decorated and furnished to the style of the property, and it is spotless. You leave here with the impression the owners take pride in what they are offering and it's not just a means to earn a living.
Breakfast was amazing and claim that it set's you up for the day is right. We didn't eat at the hotel in the evenings, but from the quality of the breakfast I imagine these would not fail to be impressive.

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel and were very pleased with what we found. The accommodation was comfortable with tea making facilities, free wi-fi with a good signal and a decent TV. The owners were friendly and professional and we felt most welcome. There was ample, free, on-site parking, a must in Paignton. We ate in on both nights and were pleased with what we had. All told, it was an enjoyable experience and we would stay there again if we were visiting Paignton.

We stayed for two nights and were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is a little out of the centre of town but within easy walking distance of the centre and with a lovely sea view from the dining room.

On arrival we were shown round and were given help taking our bags to our room. The room was pleasantly decorated and the bed was comfortable. The en suite shower room was not plush, but clean and adequate.

The full English breakfasts were lovely. The kippers were less good, not being a whole fresh kipper. We also had an evening meal and enjoyed the food, which included fresh trout, and the reasonably priced wine.

All in all this place offered just what we wanted - two comfortable nights' sleep, good food and friendly service.
