“What an interesting menu”
Reviewed 17 April 2012

Had wanted to try this restaurant for a while, and finally called in after a day out on the off chance. Fabulous range of food from several different cuisines. Friendly staff, efficient service and great prices...The place quickly filled up with families and the only down side on this occasion were some children at another table who were extremely noisy and allowed to run around without supervision. Looks a very popular place..whcih is always a good sign. We'll be back!

(it also has a take-away service - pity we live just too far to be bale to use it)

“Fabulous - Cannot Wait to Return”
Reviewed 12 March 2012

My fiancé and I experienced Koi for the first time on Friday night. And in short, we loved every second of it.

The food - excellent. We shared the Koi Signature Combo and a portion of Salt and Chilli Chicken. Each part of the combo was delicious but top marks go to the prawn toasts. No deep-fried sesame toast triangles here - instead lightly toasted circles with a plump, juicy prawn in the middle with the most amazing sauce I have ever tasted. The salt and chilli chicken was divine.
Our mains were incredible - my other half had the Massaman curry while I had the chicken in Pattaya Sauce. We had no complaints - the flavours are intensive in their variety but light. I just wish I had been more hungry to do justice to the wonderful food. Needless to say, it was no problem to take the leftovers home.

The atmosphere was bright and buzzing. The service was attentive, friendly and solicitous. We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend that if you haven't been, you go as soon as you can.

Tip - book beforehand because it is very busy. We had booked a table but we saw many people queuing for tables.

“A Takeaway masquerading as a Restaurant!”
Reviewed 27 February 2012

I remain unconvinced that this restaurant is anything more than an up market Takeaway. The Dragon's Tails starter, although generous was more BBQ than Asian Fusion and the Singapore Noodles were more soggy than spicy. At 25 Quid a head this place is underwhelming and overpriced.
