We went here on a Sun holiday and upgraded to the Silver accommodation. Overall it was a good base, and it was really just somewhere for us to rest. On arrival we had to ask for the cleaner to come back in and redo the bathroom, which happened within 5 minutes of reporting it. Also, we were unsure of how the gas fire worked, and someone came round 10 minutes later to run through it with us. The problem that we had was that the beds were so uncomfortable, and you could feel the springs poking out. The only other thing is that a caravan holiday is not for you if you want peace and quiet, we could hear the neighbours children running up and down their caravan early in the morning. We used the clubhouse on the 1st night but that was the only time we used it.
