We returned, yesterday, from an over night visit to the isle and wished we had booked a few extra nights. The owners were lovely as was the room we were in, no sea view but this did not matter to us. The room was extremely comfortable and modern, we arrived at 3pm and there was enough hot water for me to have a bath. We can not fault the breakfast or the hospitality, if they had it/could do it it was yours.
Over all was a fantastic location, reasonably priced car park right next door and fantastic b&b. We will be back

My husband and I have just returned from a flying visit to the Isle of Wight. We
stayed at The Pink Beach Guest House for 1 night, but wished it was for longer. Very warm welcome and very comfortable, clean room with a sea view and a very plentiful breakfast in the morning. Room was well stocked with tea/coffee, milk ( in the mini fridge), toiletries in the en suite, towels, etc.
Looking to go back to Isle of Wight in August- hope I can get into the Pink Beach Guest House again.!

Just enjoyed a five night break at this newly-refurbished guest house. A warm welcome on arrival and another every morning in the shape of a great breakfast ! Comfortable bedroom with quality bedding and towels - only the sound of the sea at night. You can eat at a choice of neighbouring restaurants - the Waterfront at Norfolk House was our favourite - or walk to the Old Village or High Street where there are many more. Go and see for yourself !

Room Tip: Choose a sea-view room, well worth the little extra

We stayed here during the early May Bank Holiday weekend. The location is great, right on the Shanklin beach, just next to the steps down the cliff and the lift. The chine is within walking distance and so are the play areas for kids. There are a couple of good restaurants next door. Shanklin old village is about 20 min walk and there are many restaurants there. If using the public transport and coming from Ryde bus station, the Island hopper bus can be taken at 9am, 10am or 12.30pm. It takes an hour to reach Shanklin Esplanade stop which is right in front of Pink Beach Guest House. The same bus can be used to go to Needles, Ventnor, Sandown, Blackgang Chine etc. The beds were very comfortable and even the standard room that we had taken was well equipped. The breakfast was sumptuous. The owners were very friendly and we concur with the previous reviewers. This being a new property, we had taken a gamble by deciding to stay here. But having stayed here for 2N and 3D, we will gladly recommend the B&B.

Have just been on a brilliant weekend to shanklin, and stayed at this brilliant guesthouse.saw it last year when it was empty and forlorn, with a for sale sign in the garden.now apart from it's still pink,it has been made over and has a wonderful couple running it,who couldn't make you more welcome.rooms are fab, well equipped and sea view location ideal.despite being on the esplanade,we had no noise at all from outside,or entertainment in next door pubs.silence!booked 2 rooms as 3 of us stayed, and we're delighted with the lounge where we were able to sit in the evenings chatting.no hassle about staying out of guest house, just like a second home.
