Before I start I should say this review box is not big enough for all niceties that have to be said.
What can I say about Perfection? I'd like to start by saying it was "Home From Home" but unfortunately YOURS is better than MINE! Fantastic, Lovely, Friendly Hosts. Nothing is too much for Jo and Andy. Always smiling and jolly and up for a chat and a giggle. Hotel is excellent, no other way to describe it. Fantastic rooms. Top quality throughout. Clean, in fact Very Clean. Comfortable beds, first good sleep for years with the sound of the waves lapping the beech 10 yards away across the road.We had the room with the bath and what a bath and what a view from it out to sea. Go on spoil yourselves, you know you should! Jo does all the cooking all day and every breakfast and evening meal was perfect. Lovely, hot, LARGE portions. 8 of us stayed, all meals came out together, no complaints and clean plates, says it all. Excellent coffee, take it from a fussy bean man it is good, excellent choice of beer and a HAPPY Barsteward (sorry Andy couldn't resist). YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE AT LEAST ONCE.
Will definitely be back if they let us in!! One very small criticism Andy, sorry, WHERE'S OUR WEDDING INVITATION? You said it would be waiting for us when we got home! Do it before somebody else does, You Know It Makes Sense? Again thanks and love to you both. The Trotters from Buckinghamshire.

Room Tip: All rooms have sea views but definitely book the one with the BATH!!

My wife and I and six of our friends stayed at the Shoreside Inn for a long weekend.
We arrived earlier than the normal booking in time but were greeted by Andy in their private car park who straight away made us feel very welcome. Once inside we met Jo who also made us feel really welcome.
Once inside we were shown to our rooms, these were all top class, immaculate and fitted out very well with everything to hand.
Breakfast & evening meals were first class, lovely food and really well presented, great value, nothing was ever too much trouble for Andy and Jo.
We went there looking to have a great time, which we did but we also met two lovely people in Andy and Jo, they are now good friends! We will definitely be returning soon.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great with something a little different in each but I was lucky to have a front ro...

The rooms were great clean, stunning, modern, shower was brill didnt want to get out !. Bed was sooooo comfortable.
Breakfast was great and we also eat there the last evening of our stay.

I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are excellent, with views over the bay. Service is not notch.

We are planning our next visit and we haven't even left yet!

My brother and I stayed at the Shoreside Inn for three nights whilst on the IOW to attend the music festival. From the moment we arrived, we received the best customer service ever from the hosts, Andy and Jo. Nothing was too much trouble - Andy even gave us a black bin bag to place dirty clothing in should we want it washed!!!! (it was a very muddy festival weekend!) and although we didn't take up the kind offer, it was the gesture which spoke volumes. Breakfast was relaxed and the food delicious. We didn't eat in the Shoreside apart from breakfast but the menu looked lovely. We had a twin room with spectacular sea view. Everything was contemporary and immaculate! After long days trawling through mud at the festival, it was a relief to return to somewhere as fabulous as the Shoreside Inn. The refurbishment carried out by Andy and Jo is stunning and they have a hotel they should be very proud of but more than that, their hospitality and warmth makes the Shoreside Inn a place I would love to revisit time and time again.
