My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights for a long weekend over bank holiday. Don't think. Could ask for anything really! The room was lovely and clean, the staff are really welcoming. The breakfast has a big selection and lovely dining area, food itself was great. Located really close to the beach and shops, places to eat etc so you can take a short walk if you don't fancy driving! Don't have a bad word to say really, will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed there for the Easter weekend, 3 nights with friends who also booked a double room. On arrival the welcoming from the owner (Susan)was so friendly and helpful, giving us lots of information about the area. There isn't anything we could moan about but the carpet when we first arrived gives you the wrong impression of the hotel, as frumpy! but how wrong that impression was... Soon as we got to our room i thought wow! this is lovely. The room was modern and very clean, warm to, since the weather, over easter was so cold. When we went down for breakfast which is between 8-9.30 the table was set and ready with our room no on it. What a lovely choice it couldn't of been any better from continental to more than full english. The walk into town was not more than 5-10mins and enjoyable. We would with out a doubt go back. Thank you all for a lovely stay!! Debi & Ian

Room Tip: Room 6 is ideal for couples who like home from home.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Kenbury and it was extremely relaxing The place was managed and maintained to high standards. The rooms were in immaculate condition and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning breakfasts which were well prepared & presented and of course delicious to eat. It is in very close vicinity to all local shops, restaurants and pubs.

We will definitely come back !!

If anyone is going to Shanklin or around we highly recommend the place to anyone.

We Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were very clean, well equipped and comfortable.

The breakfast was of very good quality and the staff were very pleasant, polite and accommodating.

The markets with many good restaurants was an easy 10 minute walk from the Hotel.

Overall had a very good experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended..

We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of October, along with our 4 year old daughter. The while place was spotless (and I am very fussy). The family room was large with a separate room for my daughter, who had her own TV, so she was incredibly happy.

The breakfast was excellent, I can't say more.

All the staff we encountered were extremely polite, chatty and helpful.

Most definitely recommend.

Stayed here for two nights. The hotel is set in a nice peaceful area. We found it an easy walk to the beach and also the town and old town, with their respective eateries. Rooms in the hotel were adequate and thoughtfully equipped. A comfortable and roomy bed. Ample provision for tea and coffee making, complimented by a fridge. En-suite equipped with a bath, all nicely decorated and well maintained.
Breakfast, with a sensible choice on the menu was served in a bright breakfast room.
All staff very pleasant.
Worth considering if you wish to stay in Shanklin.

A very pleasant guest house with a warm and friendly staff. The breakfasts were excellent, and the rooms (although not large) were clean with good provisions for making your own drinks. The bed was most comfortable. Although a little way from the sea, the location provided easy access to the main road along the east side of the island. I would certainly recommend this to anyone staying in the Shanklin area.
