“A good walk”

Very pleasant walk, in places stout shoes would be recommended. Not for the infirm as it is a hard walk in places, takes about 2 hours to walk.

“Lovely walk on varied terrain”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 August 2014 via mobile

We got the bus from Shanklin to Ventnor and then walked back from Ventnor to a Shanklin along the coastal path. It was a really lovely walk. Sometimes we were walking right next the sea, sometimes it felt like we were walking through a forest. There was even a little jam stall along the way!

“Lovely walk”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 August 2014

We had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon walking the coastal path from shanklin to ventnor with our dogs. The path through the wooded land slip area was easier than we thought it might be. It is a bit up & down, but there are handrails & steps to help . Once you get to Bonchurch it is a straight, easy walk along a sea wall path. Some may find this a bit boring, but I love walking along by the sea, & if the tide had been out I think there would have been plenty of doggy swimming opportunities!

A interesting trail in the wood, attention not possible to see the sea for long way.
A lot of cottage on the coast.
