This charming little seafront cafe is a real gem and one I'll certainly be re-visiting and sharing with friends. The situation is peaceful, slightly off the beaten track on the coastal walk between Bonchurch and Ventnor Bay and the panoramic sea views are stunning. My kids loved their chocolate milkshakes and shared our 'Fisherman's' and 'Vegetarian' platters which were absolutely superb. Made with local crab, potted prawns, home made salmon pate, fresh crusty bead and butter and a lovely dressed leaves salad, it really was delicious. Meanwhile the home made hummus, stuffed vine leaves, sundries tomatoes, feta etc were bursting with flavours and textures, the generous portions were really satisfying and there was lovely attention to details (the mini Kilner jars of olives and potted crab were a stylish and fun touch) I couldn't recommend this cafe highly enough, well worth the trip - spread the word!
