Clean comfortable, friendly service. Better than some museum cafés I've been to.

Good selection of cold drinks for all, plus no added sugar juice for the kids.

Coffee not Barrista but fine for the purpose!

Stopped in for a coffee after strolling through the museum. The coffee was good, and the food at the other tables looked appetizing. Nice decor, although a little plain and sparse.

The main problem is the lack of staff. There was one poor woman seating customers and waiting tables. By lunchtime she was completely overwhelmed. They do a brisk traffic, customers were asked to share their tables with other customers on occasion.

Hire one or two more people for this restaurant, perhaps add a little more space, and this place could do very well.

Where did they find the guy running the Bay Room. Off-hand - no actually downright rude - with the most dreadful customer service 'skills'. And everything was 'orff'. Avoid, avoid, avoid. There are a lot of nice places to eat down in town.

Simple well prepared food which came quickly, and was well priced.
We had the soup and sandwich deal with cake afterwards. All of this was enjoyed in the wonderful surroundings of the Manx Museum. Not to be missed!
