“Flawless - simply superb”

On Douglas Promenade, you'll find a wide range of B&Bs and hotels but none that can match the first-rate quality, value and charm of the Inglewood. This is a wonderfully comfortable, clean and friendly hotel, where guests receive the personal touch from owners Andy and Pip. I asked to see a selection of bedrooms and all were immaculate with brand new en-suite facilities, cosy and tasteful furnishings and flat screen TVs. There's also a finely fitted-out bar and a great cooked breakfast was served in a smart and spacious dining room. This is a well-located hotel - offering outstanding facilities and service - and I highly recommended it for any visitor to the Island.

Stayed there this weekend and was great hotel, beds where so comfy! Manager is really friendly and the breakfast was lovely! You'd struggle to find better value for money anywhere else on the island!

Stayed in a lovely seaview suite. Very clean and furnished to a high standard. Great service received from Andy & Pip who made us feel very welcome. On the sea front within walking distance to bars and resturants.

I have stayed at Inglewood 3 times in the last 4 years and the improvements made since my last visit ( 2 years ago) more than warrant the 4 Star Rating assigned to it.......should be a 5 Star !!
The proprietors, Pip & Andy know what the word "Customer Service" is all about. Nothing is too much trouble and they will go the extra mile to ensure that the guest has the most comfortable & trouble free stay.......nothing is left to chance

Its "classy" - bedroom ( well the one I stayed in) furnished to a high standard.......memory mattress was the most comfy nights sleep I have had in ages, and its the little things - good quality soap & shower gel, towels embroidered with Hotel logo......these things are sometimes overlooked......not at the Inglewood.

Breakfasts are superb.....previous reviews advise of feeling full.....I concur !
Quality Bacon, Sausages & Free Range eggs

A question to Pip on how to make a perfect poached egg resulted in an actual demonstration !!........pleased to say I did listen & I replicate 100%

Would I go back ?........Im booked in for next June already !!

We booked a short break on the Isle of Man and chose this B&B based largely on the previous Trip Advisor reviews. In short we were not disappointed. The owners Andy and Pip were really welcoming and so helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well located on the promenade and smartly decorated throughout. The room we stayed in was big and nicely appointed with modern oak furniture and a really comfortable bed (we did not opt to pay extra for a sea view room so stayed in a third floor room at the back of the property). Everything we expected in the room was provided (e.g. hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities etc.) and some extra nice touches we didn't expect too including a leather 2-seater sofa opposite the flat screen TV and a bedside alarm clock. The en suite bathroom was a good size and very nice, especially the larger than average shower enclosure. The room was spotlessly clean. There was a good selection on the menu to choose from at Breakfast and we certainly left each morning with a full stomach and a smile on our faces. It's not cheap but we believe you get what you pay for at The Inglewood. We look forward to returning again soon.

I’ve stayed at The Inglewood for many years, firstly with the previous owners and more recently since the Cross family took over. In 2009, I have stayed three times and I have to say that it just keeps getting better and better. The recent redecoration and general improvement of the bar area is first class.

Bedrooms have been refurbished to a very high standard, with really comfortable memory foam mattresses. The en-suite bathrooms are also new and overall the feeling is of high quality. Your hosts, Andy & Pip and first class and really go out of their way to make guests (old and new) feel at home.

Thoroughly recommended!

I booked a week's stay for my parents at this b&b after reading the reviews on tripadvisor. Andy and Pip were lovely and looked after them really well. I joined them for a two night stay at the weekend. Their room was lovely, great size and a fab bathroom. The location is perfect for visiting the many sights.

I stay at a number of b&b's through my work and I have to say this is the best one I have stayed in. I would recommend to all.

The only down side is the number of steps if you struggle with steps dont be put off ask for a room on a low floor.

The breakfast was great and you can eat what you like.
Thanks for making our stay a good one.
