Food is delicious, decent portions, good selection of meat, fish and vegetarian. We sat upstairs with a view over the marina on a sunny evening lovely ! Good atmosphere despite its modern, wood décor. Service was unobtrusive and friendly- overall a delightful experience.

Love this place. Unfortunately only managed to get there once during this year's TT. The food is fab. I had the fillets of sea bass in a crab, saffron and prawn sauce with lovely mixed veg. Now, I hate fish skin. Always have, but I ate every bit. It was that good!

We were invited to Filbeys by my brother and sister-in-law. We had walked past it many times but had never felt an urge to eat there since the surroundings seemed 'cold' and hard. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated upstairs with views over the marina. Though the decor is a little spartan, the food was excellent with plenty of choice, and all freshly prepared. Service came with a smile, which is worth a lot! Will be happy to go again.

Went to Filbey's Bistro on the 14th May 2014 with the hubby for our wedding anniversary. Arrived was greeted by friendly welcoming chef's Scott and Scott was told that our table was ready upstairs and we could go up if we wanted or wait for someone to come down and see us up. We went up and were greeted by a lovely member of staff and seated to our lovely table which was well dressed in the lovely suroundings. The Food was amazing and served promptly (as it is freshly cooked) had full 3 courses. The waitresses were attentive and we received service with a smile. Would higly recommened Filbey's Bistro. They also do a lovely rustic family roast on a sunday and before 4pm the burgers are amazing. This is a great restaurant for family meal and occasions will be going back. Took my friend for lunch on the 17th May 2014 and had the big bad boy burger which I could only eat half so took the other half home.
