Visited Cafe 19 today and was lucky enough to get a seat outside on a lovely sunny say. We got 2 paninis which were fantastic and, as my title suggests, they were huge. We didn’t sample the sweet treats but they looked delicious. Great location - great staff. We will definitely be back.

Only just managed to get a table in this popular spot on a Sunday morning after 10am. Loads of choice for omnivores including cooked breakfasts, smoothies, coffees and juices. My daughter and I are vegan and really enjoyed the mushroom and tomato pancakes. Kind of like scotch pancakes with mushrooms in a gorgeous cream sauce and nicely rounded off with tasty tomatoes (often so bland in other places). This was also available with bread. Orange juice was out of a bottle- freshly squeezed (or even bottled/ carton squeezed if need be) would be better and more in keeping with the high quality of the rest of the menu but this is a small point. Service was very friendly and helpful-lovely staff. Pay at the counter and then food is brought to the table by staff, Very nice furniture and decor- wooden tables and flooring, really nicely furnished and very clean. The toilet upstairs was also very clean.

I was recommended this restaurant by a friend while staying in the Premier Inn along the road. Breakfast here was superb. The range including full vegetarian and vegan options was amazing. The place was understandably busy but this did not affect the good and pleasant service from staff. Highly recommended.

Popped in for some lunch and was immediately greeted by a friendly server who epitomized the phrase 'service with a smile'! Lovely seating both inside and outside. Although the food was good and fresh, our Mexican burgers from the specials board were slightly underwhelming, just not much Mexican flavour. We will be coming back though to give the breakfasts a try!

Enjoyed a delicious family lunch with our 8 month year old baby (in high chair) one Sunday recently. Friendly service and lots of choice on menu. Seating outside was lovely too. Thought portions were on the large side really for lunch, but my husband didn’t complain! Lots of veggie options too. Drinks menu excellent
Will return
