“Good fun for the kids”
Reviewed 1 August 2014 via mobile

Waves can get very very busy so timing is essential if you wish to avoid the crowds. The wave machine produces highly realistic waves but is not operational during all sessions. For the more serious swimmer, they do put lanes occasionally, check the web site for details. Diving is a no go here, it's too shallow.
Kids love it as there's a pirate ship play area and a very shallow learner pool too. It's always spotlessly clean and the staff are generally friendly.

“Terrible”
Reviewed 29 July 2014 via mobile

Me and my wife have 4 children 8, 6 & twins 3 the kids were looking forward to going to waves all morning but I arrival we got told from the rude women on reception we couldn't enter,
Because we had 4 young children which is disgusting as the older 2 can swim so I'll never come back to waves as long as I live I give it a 0/5

“Put up a sign!”
Reviewed 15 July 2014

Drove past it twenty times before asking someone where it was, it doesn't have a good sigh to let you know where it, looks like a school building! Once inside it was lots of fun, when the waves started it was fantastic!
