We stayed here for 3 nights from 12th April. On arrival the reception staff were very organised and we were issued our key and within our room in 5mins, We were in room 53( its on the first floor) which is the adjoining hotel and now part of the Pier I mention this as the heating in this part is on a separate system and comes on at set times so if cold let the staff know. The room itself was large, bright ,comfortable with an en suite shower room and tea/coffee facilities but would benefit from some tlc.
The food was very good with a choice at breakfast and dinner(I loved the poached eggs at breakfast) and dining staff were really efficient.
There was entertainment in the public bar on the three nights we were there with a different singer on each night.
I would certainly return to this hotel.Thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable.
