Very friendly and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, new linen and mattresses. It was my first time staying on my own since my husband died and I was not looking forward to the experience but Jim and Aoife put me at my ease straight away. (They did not know my background) The breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I did feel that room 5 would be too small for two people sharing as the bed took up most of the space but there was plenty of space for clothes etc. An enjoyable stay and if I am in Blairgowrie again I will be booking in.

Room Tip: see comment above re room 5.

Thank you for your comments. We enjoyed seeing you here at Rosebank and your patience with a change of room during your stay was much appreciated.
Room 5, also known as Tay, is indeed a small double and probably more suited to a single night stay for a couple than an extended visit. We do however describe it as a Small Double to try to be clear.

Jim and aoife are the perfect hosts to this beautiful bed and breakfast. Their warm, friendly welcome is just the start to this amazing place. With spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable rooms combined with amazing grounds, homemade jam and the best breakfast Iv ever had. Nothing is of any problem to jim and aoife, going out of their way to make you feel at home. A regular guest.

Nice beds, cosy atmosphere, friendly hosts - and best scrambled eggs ever ;-)

Although we arrived a little late, we were heartly welcomed by our hosts, who served tea and homemade bakery and jam, which we enjoyed in the lovely garden in the sunny weather.

Jim and Aoefe are the most wonderful hosts: the rooms are gorgeous, breakfast wonderful and Blairgowrie a great base from which to explore the fabulous area. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and the only challenge was actually leaving! Rosebank House is a bit of a hike from Australia but we'll be back!

got a very friendly welcome and offered us a cup of tea or coffee as soon as we arrived. The couple were very knowledgeable about where to go and recommended we visit bruar's falls which were beautiful and other more local walks. They even offered to dry our shoes in a drier room and offered wellies if we never had any. The room was lovely and so was the view. Although we are vegetarians and didn't mention this when we booked, there was still plenty to eat at breakfast. I would definitely recommend it and would go back.

Room Tip: all rooms similar and all rooms had a nice view of the garden

My husband and his fishing friends have stayed at Rosebank House twice a year for the past 7 years and have allways been full of praise for the proprietors Sue and Charles who have been inpeckable hosts. However this year they was to find it was under new management with Jim and Aoife at the helm. When they arrived they received a warm welcome with Tea Coffee and Cake. Jim and Aoife had only been there a couple of week. but seem to have taken to it like a duck to water. The rooms were of the usual high standard with freeview T.V.and the thickest duvets they have ever seen, they are really snug and warm. The full Scotish breakfast was as good as ever, with more if you wanted it. They are now looking forward to there next visit in October and hopefully the next seven years in this Home to Home B & B

During our tour of Scotland we stopped by this guest house and received a very warm welcome with tea/coffee and apple tart. Friendly hosts, homely atmosphere at the breakfast table with guests from three different nations, which made our stay even more pleasant.
