I had the most fantastic time arriving as a novice I was treated like one of the team and by the end of the week long course I felt competent to use horsepower as valuable part of my job during woodland management. The food was superb and the staff made me feel very welcome and have returned several times now taking part as a volunteer helping set up and taking part in some of the most impressive horsemanship trials and displays .Thanks againfor the truly Highland welcome Andyx

What an amazing 9 days of horse activities, meeting new friends, learning new skills but most of all laughing and having fun in some beautiful Highland countryside.

I requested a half day trail riding session which normally means trails being followed at a reasonable pace including cantering. What I got was a pony trek round some fields just outside Kingussie - very boring and not what I was expecting, in fact a complete waste of money. When I complained at the end, I was told that the ride had to be at the level of the least experienced - surely an inexperienced rider should not have been accepted for trail riding...... Les W

We booked a 1.5 hour Pony Trek and thoroughly enjoyed it. Yolande (think that is how you spell it?) was very friendly and patient, and took us on a trek through the local wooded area which gave us wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The ponies we had were very accommodating for beginners, and knew we were soft touches when it came to stopping for a snack of grass and bracken!!

Thoroughly recommend.

Time allowing, we would definitely go back again.
