“Perfect place for nature lovers”
Reviewed 21 July 2014

I really really loved roaming around this part on a warm summer day with my family. We really enjoyed learning new things about the animals. The tour also helped to explore the other parts. We did not have a car and had to take a large cab to the park and take the bus back. I will definitely try to go back again with our next group of visitors.

“Great place!!”
Reviewed 20 July 2014

My husband and I have been here on multiple occasions and I have even adopted the Tigers!! The keepers are very knowledgable about the animals and always very helpful. We go multiple times throughout the year but our favourite time to go is when it has been snowing!! If you extremely lucky you may get within a few feet of the polar bears and tigers especially during feeding time. The enclosures are very well laid out and very spacious. The park has been essential in the conservation of the Scottish wildcat aka the Highland Tiger. Just watch out though as if they get annoyed they could decide to have a little waddle while running through the overhead runs. All in all I recommend this park to the highest degree. Even if your not into the animals got for the view points .... Staggering views of Badenoch and Strathspey.

“Slightly disappointing”
Reviewed 19 July 2014

I felt it was expensive for a family of 4. We drove round the enclosure first and didnt see a great number of animals which was disappointing. You can then park and walk round the other enclosures. Ones worth seeing are the Tigers and wolves. There is a couple of childrens play areas and a flying fox which I suppose keeps the younger ones amused. Felt is was expensive for what we saw that day.

“OUTSTANDING and well worth a visit”
Reviewed 17 July 2014

outstanding that's my whole review the staff amazing and so helpful, the landrover drive through the main reserve is a must. the whole area clean and tidy extremely well signposted and plenty of walking and play areas for the kids, the enclosures are well placed and lots of viewing points so you are able to see most of the animals,If you want to see the animals getting fed arrive at least 15mins before each time slot as gets really busy especially around the polar bears and tigers. If you have had enough of the animals the scenery is worth it as we saw snow on the cairngorms on the hottest day of the year we drove 3hours to get there and was definately worth it.

“Improvements required”
Reviewed 17 July 2014 via mobile

We visited as a family of 4, having been before and had a very enjoyable day, however, we were not do impressed this time. We we're overcharged on entry (resolved because we noticed). But couldn't help feeling it maybe wasn't a genuine error on cashiers part as surely he should know the entrance fees off by heart? Again the drive around is disappointing as very few animals too see. Polar bears which were fab the last trip disturbed me as too much pacing back and fore. We were also overcharged in the cafe and the food prices were far too expensive. You're 'bread and butter' is probably predominately families and I think you really need to revise value for money in all areas and also ensure your staff charge correct prices - being overcharged twice really left a bad taste in our mouths. On a positive watching the tigers being feed was amazing.
