my 4 year old loved it ,and the animals too ,they looked well cared for ,i thought the rescued baboons could have more space though .
the dino museum is great and lots of photo opportunities with dines the train ride is short and muddy water sprayed over you ,they give you covers ,use them.

All the staff are really friendly, lots to see and do. Lots of walking so wear sensible shoes. Very educational but fun so you enjoy learning. All the animals seem happy and healthy, very life like dinosaurs hidden along the walks.

My husband came here a year ago and was able to go into a special room and interact with the tiny monkeys, this stayed with him and we spent many months trying to get back there with our young children. We were devastated to find out that this had now been stopped as the children were so looking forward to it.

Having said that there was a good variety of animals to see who all looked healthy and happy and the dinasours were a huge hit with 4 year old. It is a good day out but the monkeys were what made it stand out from the other zoos in the area. Bring back the monkeys and would have no hesitation to give this a mighty 5 stars.

Visited here just for the morning and found that was all the time we needed to go around the whole thing. We enjoyed looking at all the animals (although some were not there!) and enjoyed seeing the dinosaurs as were walked through the forest area. The dinosaur, Egyptian And bug exhibits were a sanctuary during a sudden rain storm and turned out to be well worth a look! The place is VERY hilly and anyone with back and leg problems or in wheelchairs might want to consider this before going. Pushing pushchairs around is hard work too!!

We visited the park as a couple of families for an afternoon. The kids had a great time and adults alike. The park is as mentioned by others quite hilly. Nothing to panic over, take your time and enjoy the scenery. A good bit of exercise as well.

The lions were well worth the trip and educational for the youngsters. I would recommend the sea lion show. Again, well worth the show and very educational!!

All in all a good day enjoyed by all.
