Carol and all the staff at Hidden Valley are wonderful.

The site is beautiful and the facilities are clean and well maintained. This site is the perfect place to stay well in reach of all the main attractions of North Devon, and even if you don't travel the park is surrounded by a stream forest walks and a lovely lake as well as plenty of space for the kids to go and be kids :)

We have been twice now and hope to continue visiting Carol and everyone there for many years to come (as long we get "our spot" :)

In my opinion one of the best camp-sites in Devon xx

Camping here, going into ifracombe easily, close to Woolacombe ( by car). Toilets / showers clean! Hot water. Site flat and sectioned off for tents / no power, dogs welcome on leads. Bar with TV - too busy to try tho!

Fantastic holiday! Staff brilliant, restaurant good, toilets and showers immaculate we will certainly return. It was the best campsite we have been on! The buses outside ran very frequently, and the 'ducks and their families' were very enjoyable to feed. Well done Happy Valley you deserve all the accolades you have. Must be hard work. It was soooooo peaceful and relaxing, plus the football in restaurant great.

Well done to you all

This is a lovely campsite with good facilities. Very friendly. with nice pitches. Trickling brook running beside the site. Surrounded by trees and hills. Lovely woodland walk on site. Delightful! Only disadvantage is road that runs alongside - but this means there is a great bus service to lots of places around. You can park your camper and jump on the bus to several places on the coast or inland and not have to worry about parking. We enjoyed our stay when we went to the All Things Morris event in Ilfracombe.

Have just spent two nights camping here whilst participating in Ilfracombe's All Things Morris festival. It was just a place to say, suggested by the organisers, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of the weekend. It is a beautiful park, set in woodland. It is quiet and feels secluded and is maintained to a high standard. The toilet and shower blocks are pleasant to use and very clean. I was particularly delighted to find they even have a bath! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would certainly recommend this campsite and definitely hope to return for a longer stay with family and friends.

Booking was made by phone, and was answered by a most pleasant member of staff who was most helpful. On arrival we were directed to our pitch which for a medium sized pitch was more than adequate. As it has been some years since we last had gone camping, and having purchased a new tent for which the instructions provided by the manufacturer were not very clear. This presented us with the problem of pitching the tent. Thankfully due to the excellent staff at this site, who quickly came to our aid without being asked. They proceeded to help us erect our tent which greatly reduced our stress levels. The on site restaurant provided good quality food produced and served by pleasant and attentive staff. Beautiful surroundings with good good shower and toilet blocks. Plenty of drinking water taps by every pitch. We will without doubt return to this outstanding site. Well done to all of you.

Myself , husband and two friends have just got back from a wonderful week spent staying in our caravans at this wonderful site. It certainly is a Hidden Valley . Upon our arrival we were met with a most welcoming manor at reception , then told to where we were to take our caravans and unlike most sites we were able to have our awnings facing each other to be close to our friends . The site is dog friendly and has lots of walks to do . Toilets and showers were very clean and warm ( also had music playing ) There is so many places to visit and Wolacombe beach is highly recommened . Clovvelly is a must to go to go and see it s a best kept secret ! Also Linton and Lynmouth are also really worth a visit too. We will definately be returning next year .
Got to go back to see all the family of ducks that visit each day !
