A very pretty little gem on the border of Manorbier. It is set in beautiful grounds (cross your fingers for no rain), and is easily walkable from the Coastal Path, where stunning views await you. Roley and Pauline were both welcoming and relaxed at the same time. If you don't have transport, a bus leaves from outside that takes you in both directions to neighbouring towns.

A beautiful, comfortable, welcoming Band B set in lovely grounds with friendly, helpful hosts. An excellent base for families or couples who want to explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline.

Perfect location for Pembrokeshire Coast and its great beaches which is what we wanted, not too close to Tenby but still only a short drive away.
Our room had a perfect view of Barafundle Bay along with the experience of a water bed and a great walk-in shower.
We would highly recommend this B&B as our hosts gave us a very warm welcome and made our stay enjoyable for my girlfriend's birthday weekend.

A last-minute substitute due to the Icelandic fall-out, but no disappointment here thanks to helpful and obliging hosts, friendly relaxed atmosphere and wonderful walks on the nearby Pembrokeshire Coast Path. We had 6 quiet nights' sleep in a comfortable room, and good hearty breakfasts with lots of choice and pleasant conversation. Interesting 1920s country house, beautifully restored, with no-worry private parking. A great place to stay.

Stayed for two nights in the waterbed suite, a large comfortable room with fantastic views to the sea and a great wet room. Lovely owners, and a good breakfast, idealy placed for exploring the wonderful Pembrooke coast, there are a couple of special coves across the fields. If your in Tenby have a meal at the Blue Ball, we will be returning which says it all.

We have just spent the weekend driving across this part of Wales, and having spent the afternoon in Tenby, we decided to stay over another night.
We called into the Hillgarth on chance that there was an available room, and were lucky enough that there was just one room available for one night, before another couple who have booked for the rest of the week.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Pauline made us feel so at home, especially considering the time we arrived, and needless to say we were extremely grateful for this.
The property is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, and has the most comfortable settling feel to it that we found ourselves wishing we could have stayed longer. I had the best nights sleep I have had in any hotel in a long time! The house is set in very well maintained gardens, and has beautiful views to all sides.
This is an excellent place to stay, giving the option to head toward the busy main part of Tenby, for shopping, beaches or the night life, or out in the other directions for some incredibly peaceful and scenic countryside. This is a perfect base to suit all holiday tastes. There is a coved beach very near to this location with a fresh water stream flowing directly into the sea, overlooked by a Manorbier Castle, that is well worth a visit.
The cooked breakfast was delicious, especially the sausages and eggs which were done to perfection, and the checkout was very unhurried. Pauline even took the time to tell us about some of the history of the house and the area, despite being busy getting ready for the next guests.
As the title of this review suggests, I would not hesitate to stay here again, as this was the perfect end to a great trip to this area of Wales. I went back to work today feeling totally reset!

In addition, we would also like to extend our personal thanks to Pauline for all her efforts. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Jason and Jodi.
