just got back from an easter wkend staying at this hotel and what a wkend it was! Me, my partner and our two boys, (Dylan 4 and Ethan 3 mths) had a wonderful time, helped in the way of choosing what we would class the BEST family hotel in Tenby. Pam and Brian could not do enough for us and the boys and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and at ease. Hotel was spotless, child and baby facilities were outstanding and all the little extras, teddys and books in the room, child cutlery at the table, foot stool in the bathroom, hot chocolate to go to bed with, to name but a few, all made my 4 year old feel very comfortable in the hotel. Thank you both, we cant wait to visit you again!

Room Tip: family room was more than adequate for us, double bed, single bed and a cot, lovely en-suite

Second stay at this lovely, warm, friendly hotel.chosen as I was recovering from recent surgery.
Pam and Brian are very welcoming, and very knowledgeable on tenby's history (stunning 18th century picture by reception) room was fabulously comfortable and clean.(cleaned daily)a very short distance from all local amenities (as I couldn't walk far at the time of stay) breakfast was absolutely stunning and a wide array of lovely fruits, cereals, tea's and coffee. Absolutely nothing was to much trouble.
Thanks Pam and Brian.

A second visit for us and certainly not the last! Immaculate hotel, quiet location, friendly hosts, great breakfast, comfy rooms - what more could you ask? The hotel now boasts a play room, so is perfect for a family break. There is also a lounge with books, games, DVDs and a piano! Handy for a rainy day!

Room Tip: Some rooms don't have a bath, so ask if you would prefer one with a bath...

What a gem. delightful hotel in a quiet location. The people who run it are charming and very friendly. Very clean with immaculate decor. Nice rooms, great food. excellent value. hard to fault it. The only thing it lacks is a sea view but step out the door, turn left and 50 yards away is Tenby's magnificent south beach and Caldey Island! We will be back you can count on it.

We would like to say a big thank you to Pam & Brian for a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel most welcome. We really could believe how warm and comfortable our room was. Brian was most helpful with his advice about the town and Pam was very pleasant to us. The breakfast was very tasty and more than adequate and We must say nothing is forgotten in this wonderful hotel. This really deserves to be number one in Tenby and it has a good reputation with locals. We were sorry to leave and really enjoyed ourselves. This is one very friendly place the only downside is that you have to use a private car park up the road at cost but that said, we will be returning soon! Richard & Linda.
