We stayed here recently and had a lovely time. The hotel is huge and is decorated lovely. The bar and restuarant has wonderful views across the sea. We paid £69 for a double room and breakfast. Couldn't fault the place or the staff. Would def visit again and would highly recommend.

This is a great hotel . The staff were so friendly and efficient particularly the waitresses and the Spanish receptionist . Food was very good .We had a very large room with a sea view , even a tame seagull who visited one of our bedroom windows every day .

returned to tenby for the first time in 40 years.hotel we chose was excellent, situated right on the edge of the sea.stunning views of st cathrines island and caldy island, could not be better placed.5 minutes walk into the center of tenby passing a real ale pub 50 yards away loveley and quiet in the hotel with no traffic noise.rooms very clean and well decorated and very warm.plenty of tea coffee and milk and bathrooms had shower gell, shampoo, soap and shower caps.pillows on the bed were very thick unlike some hotels which have thin ones with hardley any filling, bedding was also very good.staff were excellent, friendly and helpfull especially the waiting staff.food was to a very high standard and served quickly.overall decor of the hotel was to a high standard but for the wow factor i think it needs a large chandelier in the entrance hall so it is the first thing you see when you walk in.overall a lovely weekend pity about the weather.will definately come back again when the weather is warmer.

Room Tip: sea view rooms are best

The hotel is ideally located in the middle of Tenby and overlooking the sea. The hotel has been refurbished and looks great. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. The quality of the meals was very high and we could not fault the menu. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the waiters who were very eager to please.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and consider returning there ourselves.

This hotel is in an excellent location for touring Pembrokeshire and Tenby.
The room we had was clean, neat and well placed for a great sea view, with access to a veranda which seemed to be over the sea. The staff were great especially in the dining room, fast, polite and attentive. The food was really good no meals were repeated during our stay and the quality was great.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a sea view.

This hotel is great location for visiting south wales,/and pembrokeshire coastline. The staff are friendly, the manager Simon is efficient, friendly and helpful. He is approachable for anything you have concerns about and acts immediately to sort out any problems. His knowledge of the area is great, along with the reception staff who are only too happy to help. The restaurant staff under Craigs management and guidance always offered a friendly welcome at meal times. Fast efficient service was guaranteed - even when busy. Ideal mid week break, with plenty to see and do in the area. Love Spoons Workshop also worth a visit - amazing how they carve the spoons worth a visit - family business - very friendly

Very disappointed with the tiny single room overlooking a wall and the road. Noisy and a light on outside for most if the night. Bed slanting so difficult to stay in it as so narrow. The hotels public areas are lovely. Food very nice and staff very polite, helpful and friendly. Next time I will need to book and pay for 2 people in order to get a seaview room.
